Jewelry Care & Cleaning

Avoid harsh chemicals, pools, hot tubs, long exposure to water & manual labor. Chlorine will cause discoloration of your piece that might not be able to be corrected. 

To remove light grease, dirt or fingerprints, wash with a mild liquid soap & warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a soft cloth. 

Sterling silver is a soft metal and can be easily marred.

If your package includes a polishing cloth, you may use it regularly to maintain the original shine of your piece. Do not polish intentionally darkened features. This will remove the dark finish.

If your package includes a piece of steel wool or abrasive pad, use this to brighten your piece by brushing lightly in one direction on tarnished areas. Rinse and dry.

Pieces with a matte finish should not be polished as it will remove the finish and change the intended look of the piece. 

Store your jewelry in a closed or airtight space, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Every piece is handcrafted using traditional silversmithing methods. Therefore, each piece of jewelry will have its own unique differences with the possibility of slight imperfections. 

Please contact me immediately if your order has arrived damaged. I am not responsible for any damage to the piece after arrival. Please wear with care as some stones are softer then others and may fracture if dropped or bumped against a hard surface.
